Through that relationship Maggie helps people regain their ability to recognize their own power and agency.
Maggie is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and she has trained in several therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Play Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

As a therapist she strives to empower and encourage her clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Katie is well versed on assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans to help the client ascertain their new goals.
Katie is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but is trained in several empirically based therapies, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family System Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Megan believes in prioritizing the relationship between client and therapist in order to establish a safe environment to build trust. One of the strongest indicators of success in therapy is a good fit between the client and their therapist. Clients are not identical, which is why Megan works to develop a plan that will meet their needs best! Her style is collaborative, and strengths based. Megan hopes to empower her clients to see their stuck point, establish goals specific to their needs, and help them build the life they want.
Megan is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Megan is also trained in various other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
